Ryan “Frenchie” Dubois

Ryan has 17 years of NASCAR experience. He Joined Evernham Motorsports in 1999 as one of first 5 employees on the Dodge Development and Test Team when Dodge returned to NASCAR.

In 2000, he joined Melling Racing with Chad Knaus as single car Dodge team. Ryan was a member of the team that won the outside pole of the Daytona 500 and also won remaining 3 superspeedway poles that season. During 2001, Ryan went to Hendrick Motorsports with Chad Knaus and started up the 48 team for Jimmie Johnson’s rookie season. During Jimmie’s inaugural season, he scored the Daytona 500 pole and 3 wins. During Ryan’s time with the team, they had 17 wins in 4 seasons, and were top 5 in points the first 5 seasons.

In 2006, Ryan joined Robert Yates Racing for a management opportunity. He served as the Shop Foreman for several years until team closed. He then joined Rusty Wallace as Shop Foreman for a two car team. Ryan was an integral part of Inception Motorsports, another startup team. The team was sold to another group for a profit, and one of the cars eventually became part of BK Racing.

Ryan joined BK Racing at the end of the 2013 season as Shop Foreman. He was promoted to General Manager at the beginning of the 2015 season.
